Booking and Cancellation policy  

Security deposits are required on all bookings.

Cancellation policy:

  • Free cancellation for any booking that’s cancelled three days before noon time of the arrival date
  • Cancellation notice less than three days, the 1st night rate will be charged 
  • No show, the 1st night will be charged

Peak Season Cancellation  (Dec/Jan and Labour Day (30/4 & 1/5), Independent day (2/9)


• Booking Alterations or Cancellations in Peak Season must be made more than 30 days prior to your arrival.

• If less than 30 days’ notice is given for a cancellation or alteration, no refund or credit will be given. 

Early departure

In case of early departure the Hotel reserve the right to charge a penalty up to the total stay/the remaining nights.


Penalty not applicable

We will not applied any penalty in case there will be the possibility to book the room as per orginal reservation. Deposit will be kept for a future booking. Confirmation and cancellation policy might be different in case of special offers or packages. In case different policies are applied they will be notified into the reservation.

Payments

On the arrival, to improve the express check out, we will ask the pre-authorisation (not charge) on your credit card for the total amount of your stay. Upon confirmation the authorization will be then confirmed as final payment.
We accept  credit cards (Visa, Diners, Mastercard, JCB, Dinner CLub), cash and transfer payment
